There are films. There are scenes. To feel for any character, you need to understand his journey in the film. The scene I am posting here, is from a Mel Gibson movie, Braveheart. If you have seen the movie then you must have appreciated the power of the scene. If you have not, then also you will feel for Mel Gibson's character. Before you watch, just read on:
1) It's a true story about man named William Wallace and his struggle to free Scotland from British Empire.
2) He is held by the British and will be killed in front of locals (for them, at start, its a fun hour -- reason -- enemy being killed). Other characters seen, are in the movie and you will need to see the entire movie to understand them and their motives.
3) If you see the scene from point of view of Mel Gibson, then you will appreciate it even more.
4) DO NOT STOP the video -- watch it till the end!!! (trust me)
5) If you are an avid watcher, then see how the director (Mel Gibson) builds up the scene. With no music initially and then the big orchestra. That's why they say, that film making is a marriage between all creative departments.
So here you go. Enjoy a great cinematic moment!
